Put your best professional face forward! Visit the Headshot Lounge for a complimentary professional headshot you can use for your institutional profile, LinkedIn, and more. Stop by, strike a pose, and leave with a fresh professional photo.

Beat Brain Cancer Silent Auction

Join the Beat Brain Cancer Silent Auction and bid on exciting packages and experiences while supporting the fight against brain cancer. This year’s auction will feature hotel packages in Phoenix, Arizona, an upcoming SNO Annual Meeting host city, along with a variety of exciting in-kind donations generously provided by SNO partners and supporters.

Bidding will be open in the Exhibit Hall Thursday through Saturday, giving attendees plenty of opportunities to check out their favorite items, place a bid, and outbid their colleagues. Bid winners will be announced in the SNO Digest, Annual Meeting Edition, and the meeting app. Bid winners can pick up their winnings at Registration on Sunday.

Proceeds from the silent auction will go towards Beat Brain Cancer, the Foundation of the Society for Neuro-Oncology, and will help support initiatives that advance research and accelerate progress for patients and families affected by brain tumors.

Coffee Breaks

Recharge, reconnect, and grab a cup of coffee between sessions. Coffee breaks throughout the Annual Meeting provide the perfect opportunity to continue conversations sparked during the scientific program, meet new colleagues, or simply take a moment to reset before your next session.

Paint-by-Number at SNO Central

An Initiative of SNO Wellness

Visit SNO Central throughout the meeting and contribute to our community Paint-by-Number experience. Take a few minutes away from the meeting pace, select a section, and help bring the artwork to life. An initiative of SNO Wellness, this interactive experience encourages attendees to pause, recharge, get creative, and contribute to something the SNO community creates together.

World of SNO: Passport Experience

Explore. Connect. Scan. Win!

Discover the people and organizations that make up the World of SNO while exploring the Exhibit Hall. Visit participating exhibitors and SNO committees, make new connections, and scan your way toward a chance to win exciting prizes. Participating booths can be found in the SNO Annual Meeting App. With more than 20 participating booths, attendees who complete 10 different booth scans will be entered into the prize drawings.

Three winners will be selected each day, with prizes including:

Spa Gift Card on Saturday

The World of SNO: Passport Experience will take place on Friday and Saturday, giving attendees two opportunities to participate and win. Winners will be selected at the close of the Exhibit Hall and announced through a push notification in the SNO Annual Meeting App. Winners can claim their prizes at SNO Central.
