GENERAL INFORMATION

The 31st Annual Meeting & Education Day of the Society for Neuro-Oncology, will take place in-person only in Philadelphia, PA from November 12-15, 2026.

Take advantage of the early bird rate through Friday, September 11, 2026. After that, prices will increase.

All travel and lodging expenses are the sole responsibility of the individual registrant.


REGISTRATION INFORMATION

To allow for the greatest flexibility, registrants have the opportunity to build their personalized itinerary based on their scientific and professional development goals.


Registration for the main Scientific Meeting from Friday-Sunday includes:

  • Access to all scientific and poster sessions, and the Thursday evening Welcome Reception
  • Access to the 2026 SNO Annual Meeting abstracts
  • Access to the Exhibit Hall
  • Access to recorded presentations from the Annual Meeting
  • Access to the poster e-gallery


Other events, including the Neuro-Oncology Review Course and Education Day are not included in registration for the main Scientific Meeting and must be added to a registrant’s itinerary individually. Please note, only those registered for Education Day will be able to enter the scientific sessions on Thursday.


Box Lunches for Purchase

Box lunches will not be provided on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday. Attendees are encouraged to purchase box lunches at a discounted rate during the registration process to avoid concession lines when on-site.


Gala Dinner

You don’t want to miss the premiere social and networking event of the year! This year’s SNO Gala will be hosted at the National Constitution Center. Buy your ticket for a truly memorable event that will include dinner, dancing, music, and more!


Registration does not include the Gala Dinner. Tickets for the Gala Dinner must be purchased separately but can be added to your registration at any time.

Registration Categories

When registering, please select the appropriate registration category based on your current SNO membership status. The SNO Administrative Office will follow up to collect the additional payment if you register in the incorrect category.


Click here to join or renew your SNO membership prior to registering. Please note that after September 1, all membership payments are credited to the 2027 membership year (January 1-December 31, 2027).


  • SNO Full/Emeritus Member - Registrant must be a current 2026 or 2027 SNO full or emeritus member.
  • SNO Student/Trainee Member - Registrant must be a current 2026 or 2027 SNO trainee or student member.
  • Allied Health Professional - Registration for advance practice providers, nursing professionals, social workers, physical therapists, physician assistants, psychologists, non-profit partners, etc. Not intended for other academic degreed attendees. Industry and pharmaceutical partners are not eligible for this category.
  • International Outreach - Available to registrants who live and work in a low-income/developing nation, as defined by the World Bank. Click here for the list of eligible countries.
  • Student/Trainee Non-Member - Registrant must be student or actively involved in training (residency, fellowship, etc.). May not hold a faculty appointment. *Note: Requires supervising faculty to return the signed verification form.
  • Non-member - All other professionals not included in the listed categories.

Please note that the registrant is fully responsible for managing their own hotel reservation. Please book your room only through the links found on this website. SNO does not contract outside sources or providers to manage our room reservations.


Cancelations and Refunds

The deadline for cancellations with refund is Friday, October 30, 2026. Cancellations must be received in writing and a $50 cancellation fee will be assessed. Cancellations received after the deadline date cannot be refunded, but the meeting registration can be transferred to another person with written authorization.
